  • Names can be stolen live. A holder can be challenged in the TikTok live — biggest gift or most shirts wins the name.
  • The design is the artist's choice. You pick your state, 1–2 colors, and your name. No custom design requests.
  • All sales are final. Losing the name battle is part of the game and is not a reason for a refund.
